This week in 2013, a mother and her eight children were evicted from their four-bedroom house
after the benefits cap forced her to choose between feeding her family and paying the rent.
The limit was introduced after Enfield Council piloted the benefits cap scheme from April,
which this week four years ago was rolled out nationwide.
